SUMMARY
The Tampa Sports Authority is seeking bids for labor to support the removal of existing and installation of new caulking compound throughout the seating bowl at Raymond James Stadium, located in Tampa, Florida. The scope of services involves removing existing caulking and resealing vertical and horizontal joints between precast panels starting at section 119 through the entirety of the west and north side of the lower bowl ending in section 143, with a total of 9 control joints and 1 vertical joint in each section. Materials such as SikaFlex 2C NS polyurethane, SikaFlex 2C SL polyurethane, and SikaFlex 15LM polyurethane for vertical joints will be provided by the Authority. Bidders must have prior experience in caulk material removal, installation, and concrete repair. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 10:00 am at Raymond James Stadium Entrance B/C off Himes Avenue, with questions due by Monday, August 4, 2025, by 10:00 am.
