SUMMARY
The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) is seeking proposals under RFP No. 25-08 for comprehensive job task analysis and applicant test development services. The selected vendor will conduct job analyses for approximately 140 union and non-union job titles to assess job-relatedness of selection procedures (interviews, written tests, physical ability assessments) and consolidate roles into logical job families.
