SUMMARY
The Passaic County Improvement Authority is seeking qualifications for trustee services in connection with the issuance and administration of bonds. Responses are due by March 20, 2024.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Qualifications and experience in providing trustee services for governmental bonds, financial institution with corporate trust functions and assets over $100 million, dedicated department for trustee/bond registrar/paying agent functions, offices available for servicing the Authority, ability to sweep accounts.
