SUMMARY

The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Claims and Policyholder Investigative Services under RFP #2024-81-INS. The scope of work includes private investigation services such as stationary and moving surveillance, field activity checks, claimant interviews, background checks, and policyholder reviews to detect workers' compensation fraud. Services will be awarded by region across New York State (Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, White Plains, Long Island, NYC, Binghamton, and Buffalo) for a seven-year contract term. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in the New York Workers' Compensation industry and maintain appropriate private investigator licensing.
