Provide professional roadway condition assessment and documentation services for all project haul routes and public roadways impacted by construction activities associated with the Texoma Raw Water Pipeline No. 2 and Texoma RWPL to Leonard WTP Pipeline projects. The purpose of the survey is to establish pre-construction roadway conditions, monitor roadway impacts throughout construction, and document post-construction conditions for comparison and restoration purposes.
