SUMMARY

Nassau Health Care Corporation (NHCC) is seeking proposals from qualified software vendors to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based Case Management Decision Support Software Tool. The software should assist Case Management, Utilization Review, and Physician Advisor teams in determining appropriate patient status and support compliant workflows, integration with NHCC systems, and regulatory alignment.
