SUMMARY

Lander University seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide and deliver a complete modular, portable staging system and associated accessories, including stage decks, storage carts, guardrails, stairs, ADA-compliant ramps, pipe-and-drape systems, stage skirting, and backdrops. The proposed system must support a minimum live load capacity of 150 pounds per square foot (psf) and provide a minimum of 1,216 square feet of deployable stage surface capable of supporting both a primary configuration (approx. 40' wide by 24' deep) and a secondary configuration (approx. 16' wide by 16' deep) simultaneously. Equipment must feature tool-free assembly, slip-resistant weather-resistant surfaces, and be suitable for indoor use and temporary outdoor event use under normal weather conditions.
