SUMMARY
Lake Havasu City is requesting bids for the FY 2026-2027 Crack/Mastic Seal Program involving the hot applied placement of crack seal and mastic materials on asphalt concrete pavement.
The project consists of applying up to 720,000 lbs. of Craftco PolyFlex Type 3 Crack Seal material into cracks smaller than 1 1/2 inches, and up to 93,796 lbs. of Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material into cracks greater than 1 1/2 inches in width. Contractor application will utilize straight applicator tipped wands, rubber squeegees, or other City approved methods using no more than five Crack Seal machines. Work areas include City owned roadways, parking lots, and multi-use paths within Lake Havasu City, AZ, with work expected to begin in December 2026.
