SUMMARY
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking to procure SEL 451 Protection, Automation, and Bay Control System relays and SEL 751 Feeder Protection Relays for its Relay & Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) protection fleet. The equipment must be fully compatible and interoperable with KUA's existing SEL relay fleet, standardized protection schemes, relay settings, communications protocols, and SCADA infrastructure.
