SUMMARY
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is issuing Request for Information (RFI) 25-021-RM to obtain vendor feedback for the planned upgrade of its GIS system from ESRI Geometric Network to the ESRI Utility Network Model. This RFI will inform the development of a future RFP anticipated for release in Summer 2025. The scope covers Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software, utility management services, and electric utility protection and control engineering.
