Renovate/modernize existing Orchard Grove Elementary School Elevator #2 with new equipment, Cab and associated finishes; Demolition of existing equipment including power unit, Hydraulic muffler, Car guide shoes, Controller/selector, Master door operation, Hoist way door interlocks, Closers, Rollers, Clutch rollers, Gibs, Signal fixtures, Wiring, Car top inspection stations, And limit switches; Equipment to be cleaned/refurbished and re-used including car slings/platforms, Fascia/dust covers/toe guards, Entrance frames, Guide rails, Hydraulic jack, Pit buffer/channel assemblies, Car guide shoes, Wiring, Pit stop switches, And limit switches; Provide associated permits, Taxes, And licenses; Provide code required ventilation requirements within the shaft way; Provide elevator upgrades to the most recent elevator code; Ensure the shaft way is legal and properly framed and enclosed; Ensure/upgrade the Elevator Machine Room (EMR); Provide supports and foundations; Provide signal fixture boxes, Required fire rating of elevator hoist way walls; Provide floor protection and hoist way fall protection; Furnish and install connections from three phase power main, Signal equipment feeders, Car and pit lighting, Fused mainline disconnect switch, And coordinate emergency power operation; Furnish and install dedicated circuit and wiring for car lighting and ventilation; Provide/connect telephone lines; Furnish and install steel angle/concrete pocket supports for hoist way door sills
