SUMMARY
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is requesting proposals from qualified licensed professional contractors to perform miscellaneous minor construction related projects at various FPUA facilities in Fort Pierce, Florida. Services encompass general contract services, building envelope and structural components, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety systems, grounds and site maintenance, and demolition. Individual projects to be completed on an as-needed basis shall not exceed $50,000 under a five-year contract term.
