SUMMARY
The University of Wisconsin - Madison and the Division of Facilities Development are requesting bids for the WIMR East Wedge Cyclotron and Expansion project, UW-Madison Project No. 1485-2511 / UWSA Project No. A-23-011, located in Madison, Wisconsin. The scope of work encompasses MEP and GPC (General Prime Contractor) construction packages, including architectural demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utility upgrades. This Addendum No. 3 modifies contract documents, specification sections (including Section 08 63 00 Metal-Framed Skylights), and drawings regarding toilet room plans, mechanical details, electrical lighting, electrical power, and technology plans.
