SUMMARY

The County of Santa Barbara, through its Procurement Services Division, is soliciting bids for the purchase of New and Unused Permanent Bituminous Cold Patch Material for the Public Works Department. The material must meet or exceed specifications for UPM Cold Patch #3 Spring/Fall Mix with 1/4-inch minus aggregate, provided in 50 lb bags (56 bags per pallet).
