SUMMARY

The County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is soliciting proposals through RFP #25-0047 to provide Partnerships for Families (PFF) services across ten Service Planning Areas (SPAs), including two countywide contracts for Asian Pacific Islander (API) and American Indian and Alaskan Native (AI/AN) communities. PFF provides short-term, family-centered home visitation interventions, case management, psychotherapy, concrete support services, health and parenting education, structured parent-child activities, and early care and education to prevent child maltreatment and strengthen parental protective factors. The anticipated contract term is January 1, 2028, through December 31, 2028, with four one-year renewal options.
