SUMMARY
The Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department is requesting unit pricing for full-depth road pulverization for select county and town road locations. The scope of work includes pulverizing existing asphalt road surfaces, rough and finish grading, windrowing, reconsolidating, furnishing and adding water, and shaping and compacting the grade for new road sub-base construction. Pricing must be all-inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, overhead, taxes, shipping, supervision, and project management. The project requires completion in accordance with all provided specifications and plans. Submissions are due by March 2, 2026.
