SUMMARY

The Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation (SHSC), through the City of Syracuse, is requesting proposals from qualified law firms to provide legal services for loan closings related to the Homeowner Renovation Program. The selected counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and closing loan documents; filing and recording security instruments; and coordinating closing activities between homeowners, SHSC staff, and other relevant parties.
