SUMMARY
The City of Pembroke Pines is issuing RFQ # PL-26-01 to establish a pool of approximately two to three Environmental Specialists for residential home inspections. The selected contractors will provide professional services to identify and determine the extent of mold and lead hazards in residential properties and provide cost estimates for necessary repairs.
