SUMMARY
The City of Palatka, FL, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified Florida-licensed engineering firms to provide professional engineering, environmental review support, permitting, bidding, construction-phase services, and closeout support for the Platt Drew Reclamation Facility Headworks Rehabilitation Project. The work involves wastewater treatment plant headworks, influent channel rehabilitation, screening and grit removal, and storm hardening or flood resilience at 3010 Browns Landing Road.
