SUMMARY

The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals for professional services to complete a Title XVI feasibility study and provide application support for Pure Water Oceanside Phase III. The study will evaluate alternatives to expand wastewater treatment and beneficial reuse by rerouting source water to centralize facilities at the San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility (SLRWRF) and the Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF). Additional scope includes studying the reuse of stormwater, desalinated seawater, and direct potable reuse (DPR).
