SUMMARY
This project includes replacing the Market air handling units; providing a VRF system for Market vendor spaces; providing an air handling unit and fabric duct system for the Armory Gym; replacing the steam heating system with a hydronic heating system; and providing a direct digital controls system.
The (4) vertical cabinet VRF indoor units will not be available until 2027, and if pricing is not available by the bid due date, prospective bidders shall include the price for horizontal fan coil units of same capacity. Contract will be adjusted as needed upon availability of actual pricing. Submission deadline is October 29, 2026.
