SUMMARY
The City of Loveland is soliciting bids for the Runway 15-33 Widening project at Northern CO Regional Airport. The scope of work involves full-length excavation and the construction of 25 feet of new asphalt pavement on each side of the existing runway. Additional tasks include edge drain installation, saw-cut grooving, application of an emulsified asphalt seal coat, and pavement markings. The project also requires relocation and improvements to runway electrical lighting and signage systems, regrading of the Runway Safety Area (RSA) to meet FAA design standards, and reconstruction of portions of five connector taxiways at tie-in locations. Bids are due by April 24, 2025.
