SUMMARY

Sealed bids are requested for the daily removal and disposal of biosolids from the City of Lima Wastewater Plant. The biosolids are black, have no noticeable odor, are between 20% and 40% dry solids, and will not release water freely. Bidders must meet Ohio EPA requirements for transportation and disposal at a nonhazardous landfill. Approximately 250 wet tons will need to be hauled weekly when produced, up to 12 months a year. Bids must be on the City's proposal form and in accordance with specifications.
