SUMMARY
The City of Lima, Ohio, is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of asphalt concrete and liquid bituminous materials for the 2023 calendar year. The procurement includes approximately 7,500 tons of Asphalt Concrete (types 412, 301, or 404) and 20,000 gallons of Bituminous Material (Liquid) including RS2, SS1, CBAE 350, and CBAE 800. Specifications require materials to meet 1995 O.D.O.T. Construction and Materials Specifications. The scope involves furnishing materials at the plant to be loaded into City trucks, as well as delivery of bituminous materials in large capacity tank trucks.
