SUMMARY

The City of Hillsdale Board of Public Utility (BPU) is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of new steel frame doors at the Hillsdale BPU Power Plant and Water Well Houses 1, 2, and 3. The project requires all labor, material, and equipment to remove and replace five commercial non-rated steel doors (no windows), including frames and hardware. Specific components include 24”x12” louvers, astragals with flush bolts, weather stripping, sweeps, thresholds, latch guards, non-removable pin hinges, welded universal frames, and keyed stainless steel entry lever locksets.
