A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 31, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at the Gulfport Engineering Department, 4050 Hewes Ave., Gulfport, MS 39507. Questions must be submitted in writing by November 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. CST to Nathan Long, EI at [email protected]. Bids exceeding $50,000.00 require a Certificate of Responsibility Number in accordance with Mississippi Law. The project will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder.
