SUMMARY
The City of Fort Myers is seeking a qualified and responsible design team to provide professional engineering, design, permitting, and construction support services for expanding the capacity of the potable water supply wellfield. The project involves coordination with the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for RO Water Treatment Plant (ROWTP) improvements and the Design Builder for the WTP Wellfield Expansion to 20 MGD. Key elements include a detailed project execution plan, groundwater and solute transport modeling of the regional UFA, production well appurtenance design, raw water transmission main modeling, design, and construction, fiber optic network design, PLC integration, permitting, and SCADA upgrades for systems integration.
