SUMMARY

The City of Emporia is soliciting sealed bids for the 2025 Pavement Preservation project (Project No. PV2502). The scope of work includes approximately 30 tons of Asphalt Leveling Course (BM-1), 56,913 square yards of Chip Seal, and 56,913 square yards of Fog Seal, along with mobilization and traffic control. Work near schools must be completed by August 1, 2025. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond and will be required to furnish 100% performance and maintenance bonds if awarded. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 6, 2025, and bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on May 13, 2025, at the City Clerk's Office.
