SUMMARY
The City of Emporia is soliciting sealed bids for the 2025 Street Resurfacing Project (PV2505). The scope of work includes milling and grinding (2” average depth), HMA (Commercial Grade Class A) paving, common and rock excavation, pavement removal, aggregate base installation, curb and gutter work, concrete pavement patching, and thermoplastic pavement markings. Specific locations include 12th Avenue (Lincoln Street to Merchant Street) and Prairie Street (12th Avenue to I-35 Bridge).
