SUMMARY
The City of Edgewater is soliciting bids for the Hart Avenue Drainage and Water Main Improvements project (ITB 22-ES-03). Drainage scope includes installation of 3,300 LF of storm pipe (12" to 48" diameter), 34 concrete storm structures, re-grading swales, and the demolition of a flood-prone house to create a stormwater pond. Water main work involves 3,600 LF of 6" C-900 PVC, 1,600 LF of 2" polytube, 1,350 LF of directional drilling for 6" fusible PVC, and installation of 8 fire hydrants, gate valves, and tapping sleeves. The project is located west of US-1 between W Pine Bluff St and W Connecticut Ave. Bids are due by May 13, 2022, at the City's submission location.
