SUMMARY
The City of Early is soliciting sealed bids for two separate contracts under project number WWTP-022017-C. The first contract is for the construction of a 0.475 MGD facultative lagoon pond system wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), including a new lift station, rehabilitation of an existing lift station, force mains (3,800 LF of 12" and 4,000 LF of 6" SDR 26 PVC), irrigation effluent lines (6,400 LF of 8" SDR 26 PVC), center pivots covering 140 acres, SCADA, and electrical work.
