SUMMARY

The City of Early is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of 1,000 feet of 5-inch diameter fire hose. This procurement is funded through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Clean Water State Revolving Fund and is subject to EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program requirements, including fair share goals for Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).
