SUMMARY

The City of Early and the Early Municipal Development District are soliciting proposals for labor and materials to pour an approximately 6,000 square foot concrete slab for a batting cage project. The work must adhere to specifications from Automated Batting Cages dated 4-15-2015. Scope includes setting perimeter forms, installing drainage pipe, securing vertical pipes, placing steel, and pouring the concrete slab. The contractor is also responsible for minimal grading to accommodate slab contours and final site cleanup. The City will provide the pad set to grade and drill support piers.
