SUMMARY
The City of Early is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the construction of a new boardwalk at the Early Town Center Development. The project includes constructing and finishing a boardwalk of approximately 39,305 square feet and 3,897 square feet of turf area, including drilled piers, structural steel, electrical systems, decking, railing, sail covers, entrance sign, and associated flat work. It also requires coordination of audio/video/security/access controls, site utilities, landscape and irrigation equipment, and final/rough grading with the City.
