SUMMARY

The City of Dublin is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call information technology support services on a time-and-materials, task-order basis. Services are organized into six categories: General IT Support Services, Citywide Network Security, Traffic Operations Network Security and Support, Field Services, Network wiring, and Smart Hands, Physical Security Systems, and Existing Electrical Maintenance. Firms may submit qualifications for one or more categories. The City anticipates awarding agreements to approximately three to six firms, with an initial term of three years beginning January 19, 2027, and the option to extend for up to two additional years.
