SUMMARY
The City of DeBary is seeking sealed statements of interest and qualifications from professional firms experienced in Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the pre-construction and construction of Alexander Island Park – Phase I and Alexander Island Park - Phase 2/Future Phases. The project is funded by a Volusia County ECHO Grant and requires performance and payment bonds.
