SUMMARY

The City of Columbia is transitioning from IonWave to a new e-Procurement platform (Cobblestone) to improve efficiency and streamline communication. All current and prospective vendors are encouraged to complete a one-time registration and vendor profile in the new system to ensure they are ready for the early fall launch. Vendors who do not register will not receive email notifications for future procurement opportunities once the new system is live. Until the full implementation, all active bids and proposals must continue to be submitted through IonWave. Registration is available at the provided Cobblestone gateway link. Submissions are due by December 31, 2026.
