SUMMARY

The City of Alameda is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide 4-year on-call emergency water-loss mitigation, leak source detection, water extraction, structural drying, moisture monitoring, emergency plumbing, and restoration services across approximately 76 city-owned facilities, including City Hall, libraries, recreation buildings, and police/fire stations.
