SUMMARY

Proposals to facilitate the development of a citywide strategic plan update/refresh. This will be Owner’s second strategic plan, following the current 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. To bring focus, the plan is intended to identify strategic priorities to guide the City’s work and resource allocations over the next planning period as well as serve as a communications tool to help inform the community about the progress the City is making towards accomplishing the identified priorities. Submission deadline is October 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Questions must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] by October 7, 2026.
