SUMMARY
The City of Alabaster, Alabama seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive property and casualty insurance brokerage, risk management, loss control, policy administration, and claims advocacy services. The selected broker will serve as the City's strategic advisor and day-to-day service partner covering exposures including property, general liability, automobile, workers' compensation, public officials/E&O/EPL, law enforcement liability, cyber liability, umbrella/excess, inland marine, crime, builder's risk, and environmental/pollution. The scope includes program assessment, renewal planning, marketing and placement, loss of tax revenue / contingent business interruption coverage analysis ($5M to $10M options), 24/7 catastrophe and major-loss response, and claims management.
