SUMMARY
The Charter Township of Garfield is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive lawn care, landscape maintenance, spring and fall cleanup, and fertilization services at Township-owned parks and facilities, including Garfield Township Hall, Silver Lake Recreation Area, River East Recreation Area, and Logan's Landing Median Area. Services include weekly lawn mowing, blowing off clippings, trash and tree branch removal, trimming, weed control, and five rounds of fertilizer application per season for a two-year contract term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with an option for a one-year extension.
