SUMMARY
Broward College is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to select external evaluator(s) for the Broward UP (Unlimited Potential) Promise Neighborhoods grant (BUP-PN) in Broward County, FL. The selected contractor will develop a comprehensive Evaluation Plan and implement it according to U.S. Department of Education requirements.
