SUMMARY
The Alabama State Department of Education seeks proposals for the Mental Health Telecounseling Pilot Project under RFP ALSDE 2026-01 to securely deliver evidence-based, ethical mental health counseling and therapy services via an encrypted telehealth platform for students and school district employees.
