SUMMARY
The Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) Special Education Services is seeking proposals from eligible applicants to contract as individualized education program (IEP) meeting facilitators under RFP ALSDE 2026-06. The selected facilitators will assist IEP Team members in constructing quality IEPs through collaborative, student-focused facilitated meetings in compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 1400, and state regulations. Qualified candidates must possess at least a master's degree, understand IDEA provisions, and maintain a primary or secondary residence in Alabama. The submission deadline is March 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CMT, with questions due by February 12, 2026.
