SUMMARY
Seeking qualified bidders to replace the cedar shake shingles of the historic Trout Lake Railroad Water Tower. Project includes preparation, re-shingling, and protection of the structure. Work to be completed by July 1st, 2026. Proposals due November 28, 2025.

1. Company qualifications and capacity 20 points, 2. Qualification and experience of key personnel 20 points, 3. Availability of the contractor to complete the project on time or before the deadline 20 points, 4. Cost, approach and scheduling of the tasks required 30 points
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
Removal of old roofing, preparation for new roofing, replacement of underlayment, replacement of flashing (if necessary), roof with #1 tapered cedar shingles with 5" rows, protection of the structure, cleanup.
