SCADA and Controls Services Contract with Prime Controls

The Town of Smyrna plans to enter into a July 2026–June 2027 contract with Prime Controls to provide preventive maintenance, repair services, and support for instrumentation, controls, telemetry equipment, and SCADA software and hardware for its water and wastewater facilities. Costs will be billed on a time and materials basis under a Town-standard contract addendum.
