Renewal

Initial term of two (2) years starting on the Effective Date, automatically extending month-to-month for up to six (6) months if the parties continue performance without formal renewal or notice of non-renewal. Agreement may be terminated without cause on 30 days’ written notice, for material breach not cured within 15 days, for certain legal or regulatory changes, or for conflicts of interest under A.R.S. § 38-511.
