Renewal

Initial term is one year with the option to renew annually for four additional years upon mutual consent. Annual payments are due each July 1–31; addition of more than 5% new radios or more talk groups requires a formal amendment approved by the Memphis/Shelby County Executive Radio Committee. Agreement may be terminated with 90 days’ notice (or 30 days if in the public interest).
