Initial term begins on Effective Date and continues through June 30 of the next Program Year; annual renewal by election each Program Year

Initial term runs from the Effective Date through the next June 30; the agreement does not automatically renew and requires affirmative renewal or re-enrollment for each subsequent Program Year. PSBA may modify fees for future Program Years by advance written notice, and Member may elect not to renew, at which point the agreement expires at the end of the then-current Program Year.
