Effective on the later of the date of last signature and PSBA’s receipt of required fees, continuing through the next June 30 (one Program Year)

Initial term runs through the next June 30 following the effective date; the agreement does not auto-renew. Continued participation in subsequent Program Years requires affirmative renewal or re-enrollment under PSBA’s then-current agreement or renewal process. PSBA may change fees for future Program Years with advance written notice, generally by April 30.

Agreement
